As shipping is set by individual sellers they can decide which countries to ship to. There for international shipping varies from product to product.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

All payments are taken through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or just use your credit/debit card and pay as a guest.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying on our site is very safe. None of your payment details are visible to anyone at Perspoke. All payments are dealt with by PayPal, one of the largest and most secure payment gateways in the world.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

It’s easy. Simple add any product to your cart and head to the checkout page. Fill in your details and follow the step by step guide to complete your order. If you have any problems please feel free contact us

Do I need an account to place an order?

Not at all, you can place orders as a guest without any account. Although it is best to create an account, then you can track your orders and have access to records of past orders.

Who should I contact if I have any queries?

Just fill out our contact form on the Contact Page and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to answer and questions.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you want to cancel or change your order. Then before it has been completed you can go to the Orders section of the My Account page and click cancel on the order you wish to cancel. If you are interested in making changes then it is easiest to either cancel the order and place a new one.

How Do I Track My Order?

It’s easy. Just log into your account on the My Account page. Then click on the Order Tracking page link found under “My Account” in the site menu. 

How Can I Return a Product?

If there is something wrong with your product you can return it to the return address of the seller found in their seller description on the sellers profile page. And you will be issued with a refund when the product is received.

Please note undamaged products may not be refundable due to product personalisation.

Selling with Perspoke

Can I sell on Perspoke?

Anyone can sell on Perspoke, although you must fit certain criteria.

  • You must be a UK based company/individual.
  • Your products must be customisable, we’re all about personalisation here at Perspoke.
  • We want to provide the best products to our customers. So we only accept high quality products.
How do I sell on Perspoke?

If you think that you fulfil our criteria as listed above then please fill out our seller signup form and we will review your application and be in touch shortly after.

What are your seller terms?

If your seller application is accepted then you will be sent our full seller terms and conditions before you begin selling on Perspoke. But our basic terms are as follows:

  • We charge a £45 sign up fee after your application is accepted.
  • We have a 15% cart commission on sales. Meaning you will only be charged when you make sales. 
  • You can list as many products as you like there is no product listing charge.
  • There is no monthly or annual fee.
